Refund/Cancellation Policy
We offer a “no quibble” refund on any defective goods if returned within 21 days. For wine that is corked, we do require the bottle and contents back so we can make a claim with the supplier.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for a period of six months. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights. The balance cannot be converted back into cash.
If any product purchased with a gift card is returned for an exchange or refund, any money refunded will be automatically credited to the original gift card.
